The second movie i am inspecting is Increase Lee ‘School Daze, ' which arrived in theaters in 1988 and was shot on Clark simon Atlanta University and Morehouse Campus.

In the beginning of the film, just like ‘She's Gotta Have It, ' there are pictures and the song staying played is " I'm building me a home, ” through out the first 3 minutes from the film. Coming from what I have experienced I believe that Spike Lee is introducing the film to all of us. It is exhibiting where Africa Americans originated in and the growth through time. The song is made for how ‘home' for students is the organization they tend to go to. We all as pupils are building a new residence at the college or university that we happen to be attending. The first picture I believe was shown was slave delivers. Seeing this kind of and hearing this made me realize that the movie was about dark-colored people. It had been pictures of black frontrunners in our background such as Booker T. Washington and Malcolm X. Exactly what was proven in the initial 3 minutes as what we will be taught in Historically Dark Colleges.
